How To Shop



When you see an item you wish to purchase, simply click on the item. This will take you to the products' page, where you can find information about the product and images.

Some products come in a range of colours or sizes, any available options will be displayed anext to the display picture, where you can simply click to select your desired option. Alternatively, if the options available, do not match those you require, simply add any details to the “Comments” section, in the checkout or email us at sales@bratsnrugrats.com.au for more information.

To purchase the product, click on the “Add to Cart” icon. This will add the item to your cart, but remember this does not lock you into purchasing the item.  If the icon at the bottom on the products has “Choose Options” this indicates that you need to select colour or size of item.


The item can be removed from the cart, by entering the cart, via the ‘View Cart’ icon at the top of the page, and ticking the remove option, for the item you wish to remove, and click update.

Each time you add an item to your cart, you will be taken to the “cart contents” page where you can review and update your order accordingly. If you wish to keep shopping, click the “continue shopping” icon in the cart will take you back to our store.


Once you have finished shopping and wish to complete your purchase, click the “Proceed to Checkout” icon in your shopping cart.


Upon entering the checkout you will be asked to sign into your account.

If you are a new customer you will be required to register your details, which simply involves filling out a small form, detailing your contact and billing information. You will be able to provide us with an alternate shipping address on the shipping page of the checkout. Any information you provide will be covered by our Privacy policy, which states that all customer information will be kept confidential and will not be used in any way, other than to provide you, our customer with superior customer service.

Select your preferred shipping option for your order and enter your shipping address here. We use registered post through Australia Post for all items.  Express Post is available too except for bulky furniture items which are couriered.



Following the delivery information is the payment option page. Here you will be asked to confirm the billing address and to select your preferred method of payment. We accept credit card payments with either a visa, mastercard or american express credit card, as well as bank deposit and Paypal (128bit SSL secure)You can also use credit card over the phone, via fax or e-mail too. We do not accept cheques or money orders.


Here you can also add comments relating to your order, in the space provided.



Upon placing your order, and completing the checkout, your order is complete. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped. Most orders will ship within 24 hours of receiving payment, however some products are special orders which will take a little longer to be shipped. Please check the listing details for each product for details of shipping times.  If the item states 'pre-order' this generally takes between 5-10 business days as the product is temporarily sold out until our next order arrives!

We post items from Monday to Friday. Products that are ordered before 2pm on a week day will ship the same day provided they are in stock and that it is not a public holiday.



24 hours a day, 7 days a week your able to track the status of your order. Simply sign into your account, available when visiting the Brats n Rugrats shop page. When your order has been shipped a notice will appear saying “payment received and order shipped”. You will also receive regular email updates, which will also let you know once your order has shipped.
