We trust that you have enjoyed your shopping experience with us and we look forward to offering you new and exciting products in the future. 

We try very hard to keep our postage at an affordable rate for our customers. Postage is currently $9.99 for all orders up to $150*.

  • We charge one shipping rate of $9.99 per order regardless of the number of items in your order or your location in Australia, although some exceptions do apply*. Orders over $150 are posted free. This excludes furniture and or Bulky items or items sent straight from our distributor
  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information which can be viewed on the carrier website at any time. Please note that due to tracking links contained in these emails if you have not received it after 3 days please check your Spam folder.
  • Parcels can be delivered to residential, PO Box and business addresses Australia wide*.  
  • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday every week of the year.
  • We utilise a variety of carriers including Australia Post and various Couriers depending on your location. 
  • Peace of Mind Insurance is offered at the checkout and covers your order for Loss, Theft or Damage whilst in transit. Orders where insurance is not purchased are covered up to a maximum of $50 by the carrier. Brats n Rugrats will not reimburse, resend or refund uninsured orders.
  • Tracking numbers are updated by email and on your order status page
  • The following delivery times are average times in which you should receive your order, on most occasions you will receive your order earlier than the times specified. 
  •  If you need your order by a certain date give our friendly Customer Service Line a call on 1300 961 747 and they will confirm a delivery date.

Incorrect Addresses / Non Collected/ RTS Orders

We ask all customers to carefully check the address for orders as re-shipment fees  will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to incorrect addressing or non collection.

Please note : if your order is returned to sender due to incorrect address, decline to accept or non collection, the return fee of $15 and original shipping cost will be subtracted from your store credit.

As the majority of our freight travels with Australia Post if your order is taken to the Post Office for collection please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days. reshipment fees will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to non pick up.

Please note Brats n Rugrats will not refund or resend orders which are delivered to the incorrect address and cannot be reclaimed, if an incorrect address has been provided at checkout.

 

* Bulky Items - large items or large orders being sent to remote & regional areas may incur additional charges or may not be able to be delivered if appropriate shipping carriers are not available. All shipping is calculated at checkout, however if you have an enquiry about shipping please contact us.

Depending on the Products that you order, it may be possible for you to receive shipments for the one order via Australia Post E-Parcel and via a courier service.
